[ Note: mTshams brag has two further chapters after Ch. 22, so it has twenty-eight chapters in total. The sDe dge tradition also has twenty-eight chapters. In a comparison of our edition against mTshams brag, the two editions begin ch. 23 the same and run parallel for just over a side of text, up until our 151a.4 (= mTshams brag 332.5), where they diverge. The final two lines of our Ch. 23 and our title (153a.5-153b.1) correspond to the final lines of mTshams brag’s Ch. 25 (334.7-335.2). Our Ch. 24 corresponds closely to mTshams brag’s Ch. 26. Our edition has a postscript and further colophons which are not found in mTshams brag. ]
